Effective but must work with the product
Fantastic product when you incorporate into a active weight and cardio routine. 30 mins pre workout with a piece or fruit and water will get a good thermo effect as it seems to be more effective when digesting with food . The increase in heart rate when doing a higher rep range in the gym or a cardio session will gain a better thermogenic effect due to the green tea and caffeine (stimulant effect) Goes Well With:Banana and water as a pre workout

Very disappointing
I've always been quite satisfied with all products purchased, except this one. I've been taking them for almost 3 weeks now following the suggested consume, yet unfortunately haven't felt, or had any difference. I don't feel more energised, or anything. I have a very balanced diet, followed by intermittent fasting and quite intense workout. I've purchased it in the hope of getting rid of the extra pounds, as well as getting thinner around the belly as I don't seem to be able to do it - even having tried basically everything. I'd read many reviews before ordering it and I must say (FOR ME) it has simply been a waste of money! :-(
