good competitor to Optimen
5I really like this product. I was using Tesco multivitamins and minerals. Still was getting a mouth ulcer. After trying for a few days, definitely improved. Also , the plant extracts added , though I cant say whats percentage its serves on a daily basis. Atleast something is better than nothing
