Really nice, has a cookie dough kind of texture and taste. Miles better than the brownies I previously used to get, at a sacrifice of some protein per bar. Considering the brownie tastes like a comressed block of sand mixed with cocoa powder and this is genuinly really nice and 'moist' you can't really complain, highly reccomend this one.
