All the Calcium & D that I need
I got this to support my gym workout and yes, it works. It provides all the calcium and D that I need as part of my nutritional supplement. I take one in the morning and one after my dinner. Yes, the tab is a little big but I am ok with it.

Good for your bones
I've been using these for a while now. It's good to have D3 too as most people, especially Europeans don't get enough vitamin D especially during the winter months.Goes Well With:Glucosamine HCL

Calcium tablets
Tablets are quite big so if you struggle swallowing tablets these would need to be chopped up but they’re good.

I get half of the recommended calcium intake from my diet and just take one of these tablets instead of two to meet the requirements Goes Well With:Food
