5Taking these in a combo with tribulus, pump enhancer and T perform which sadly is out of stock great weight loss results approximately 19lbs over a 9 week period with regular excercise helped get me over the tipping point where my weight had been stuck at 230 lb for a few months down to around 211 lbGoes Well With:Water, plenty of it!
