4Use these with a few other supplements, I fast alot and feel when I take these I'm able to manage my weight fluctuations better. Always buy these when I cut down for a race or BJJ.

5Easy to consume with no bad after taste, great to keep focused and driven in everyday tasks, I’ve lost about 27 lbs (nearly 2 stone) whilst taking these for past few months and it was really easy knowing my fatty areas were being targeted so i could look and feel my best Goes Well With:Goes well with Water, meal replacement shake, myprotein protein bars or cranberry juice

5Normally struggle with consuming certain tablets as some are sometimes quite big. However that’s not the case with these as they were easy to consume and very effective to take before training!Goes Well With:Definitely take with a meal!

Nice Supplement to add on
5This is a nice supplement to compliment other supplements. I take 3 a day usually before meals. I’ve found they have helped with weight loss BUT only when taken consistently. The odd day here and there will do nothing, as with any supplement. Goes Well With:Thermopure
