5I don’t think i’ve been taking for long enough to see changes visibly and in strength yet so it of course isn’t instant but i’d say it’s quite good. I either have it in my protein shakes or preworkout, it does mix at first but then it sinks to the bottom which i keep having to try get so i’m not wasting it. Tastes quite bad with an unusual texture of powder i wasn’t expecting hence why i don’t have it by itself. But super affordable and great, worth the buyGoes Well With:Protein shakes Preworkout

Amazing outcome
5100% sure its not a placebo. Taking a scoop of this before working out boosts my energy level and capability of lifting heavier. It’s also improves the pumps. The only bit I recommend you all is to take huge amount of water when you are on creatine to avoid kidney problems. However, if you take it slowly (1 scoop a day before workout if you are cutting or 1 scoop after for bulking) and stay with 1 scoop only, it wont affect your kidneys in bad ways. Will defo buy again and been using this for 3 years now.Goes Well With:Water or juice. mix it up well and consume within few seconds as it will settle down the glass (being heavier than water).
