What even is creatine? Well, it's an amino acid, but it isn't actually used to make protein. It's found 100% naturally in foods like beef, pork and fish, and you know what else? Good for beginners-advance trainers
I have only recently started taking creative to help aid recovery during my HIIT sessions. I will give them a month to decide whether to continue with them

Good stuff
I loaded up for one week by having 20g a day followed by 3g a day. After two weeks I'm noticing a significant increase in volume in all of my lifts. Great stuff.
