Awful taste
2Good multivitamin that gets the job done, but taste and smell is horrendous, makes me heave trying to swallow it and even when opening the tub. Overall probably not really worth the money for what you have to put yourself through, but as stated it get the job done and I will continue to use.

Small and easy to take
5Not an overpowering taste like with some multivitamins. Much smaller than others I've taken, just larger than an antihistamine. I will continue to order these

5This is a very useful product and is something I take daily. It has almost no taste and easy to swallow which is very helpful. Having easy access to multiple vitamins to ensure I get my daily intake is very helpful and especially good at an affordable price with discounts as well. Overall a good product and I’d say it definitely benefits my training and day to day life.Goes Well With:I just take this like a normal pill by swallowing it with water but it’s even possible to smallish the pill by itself.
