Discovery book
The whole thing is really good to try a bit of everything. I believe the best bars are the carb crushers and the bcaa drink in cherry cola wasn’t as nice as the rest.Goes Well With:Snack time

Mix and match
Well firstly I think the box is a great idea to use new things such as suppliments to achieve your end goal. Secondly, I think the box could be improved, maybe some more of a mix and match type thing would be good instead of the same things in each box. I think also a box for slimming and gaining muscle was a good idea Thirdly it's affordable and really convenient. Goes Well With:The cookie and cream whey was great with a banana and some oats blended into it

Good
Nice starter pack and good way to give a few things a go before buying a larger quantity. I didn't get on with the pre-workout - apart from making me feel a bit like I had insects crawling on my skin, it didn't really enhance my workout!
