severe and foul smelling flatulence

5Mixes 100% perfectly with Protein Powder in my shaker bottle. Wouldn’t even know it’s there because there’s no taste to it. Goes Well With:Chocolate Mint Impact Whey Protein powder.

Egg White Powder
5This stuff is exactly what it says. I've only had the unflavoured. I mix a scoop with 150ml of milk and cook it in a pan like a pancake. You need to cook it quite slowly and have a good non stick pan but you're left with a fluffy, high protein, egg white pancake that you can top with whatever you choose. I'm eating one of these everyday as a between meals snack. You can also mix the powder and drink it if you choose to but I wouldn't recommend it. It tastes pretty grim and there are much better shakes available if you want to drink it.Goes Well With:Milk and cooking

100% Egg White Power
5Been buying the chocolate flavour for a while now. Mixes well, tastes good and not to sweet. Dosent blow my stomach up like some of the whey proteins. I add a scope to porridge and hot water, just the job.

Perfect for PSMF Wonder Bread
5I have been Keto for years and miss bread. I use this egg white protein powder to make Protein Sparing Modified Fast Wonder Bread. It works perfectly for this. The flavored Egg white protein powder is perfect for Angel food cake. You can also use the bread for french toast.

Wildely Inconsistent
3Taste and consistency seem to vary hugely from batch to batch. Sometimes it's delicious, other times it has a very unpleasant chemical taste. Mixing is a pain, but not too bad once you get the knack. Trick is to stir gently into warm water, leave for 10-20 mins, then stir again.Goes Well With:Flav drops.
