The Electrolyte Powder is made up of the essential electrolytes; Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium. These help to provide the electrical energy necessary for many functions within the human body, including nerve impulse transmission and myofibril contractions. When exercising, some of these nutrients may be lost through sweating.
Suitable for anyone taking part in intense, physical exercise where there is abundant fluid loss.

Very effective putting necessary salts back into your body when ill. Much cheap than the chemists!!!
I play football a lot throughout the week and recently started getting very bad migraines after the game which resulted in vomiting later. Ever since I started putting this powder in my drink it has stopped. Don't know whether its just cos I'm having a lot more water now than before but its helped. I have also noticed I have a lot more energy during the game. I normally have a litre of water couple hours before playing with two scoops and have it during the match too. I only knew about this product after reading an interview by Sonny Williams (NZ rugby player) who always has it so I thought why not give it a try. one of my best purchases from myProteinGoes Well With:Filtered Water but for taste add them juice drops.
I must say, that I was quite surprise how effective this product is. The first time when I tried it, I accidentally mixed it with my BCAA :D but to be honest, I've never had so much energy and endurance! Had an hour and a half circuit program with weights, and at the end, I still felt, that I have more energy and can do more. Don't really know if it's okay to mix the BCAA powder with the electrolytes, but it's an awesome combination :) I've tried them on their own, as well, and I'm quite happy with them. I don't have any more cramps :) Goes Well With:Orange juice BCAA Powder (flavoured) Ayran (yoghurt, mixed with water and instead of salt, you can add the electrolytes) - but I would't drink it during workout.
In hot weather I was suffering with dehydration, I was taking on water, but forgot about salt replacement, this does the job. You don't need a big amount. It tastes horrible. It works.Goes Well With:Ribeana
I couldn't agree more with the comment below. Product states it contains potassium but there's no dose available. I used my fitness pal which said it contained 60, when the rda is 4700, it's not even worth taking. It teaches you to read the descriptions properly, this is essentially just table salt. You'd be better off using pink himayalan salt to make sole.Goes Well With:Fish & chips
