Absolutely essential when following a Keto diet. I take it to stop night cramps, and it works a treat......Goes Well With:Robinsons fruit juices (no added sugar) I also mix it with 100% Vitamin C powder, which hides the salty taste of the electrolytes, and adds a little more sweetness to the juice.
