Good taste

Perfect for a recovery drink
4I was after a protein drink that would help with recovery in between workouts. I’ve been working out 4-5 times a week and more recently I felt myself feeling more tired during and in between and definitely a lot more achy. Without wanting to bulk up necessarily but help my muscles recover it took me a really long time to find the right drink for me, as I didn’t want a high sugar/calorie or shake it took me a lot of finding. As soon as I found this I was winner this is just what I need and it’s perfect to quickly drink after. Would definitely recommend if wanting to workout to keep/get fit without necessarily bulking up to help recoveryGoes Well With:Water

Great way to get your BCAAs
5I use the tropical flavour, which tastes great. The product mixes quickly with water and stays mixed without settling or getting lumpy. Getting BCAAs is important for older trainers and ideally should be taken on their own, so having a product which mixes easily and tastes nice is crucial.Goes Well With:Can be mixed with whey or supergreens to bump up the BCAA count

Disappointing...
3Bought two different flavors, no labels on both pack?? The yuzu flavor taste awful, it is sickly sweet and has a burned plastic taste, had to hold my breath when I drink it...

Great supplement
5I have noticed it helps aid faster muscle recovery. The blueberry and mojito flavours are my personal favourite. Mixes really well with the Shakespeare mixers.

5Both such amazing flavours chill for about an hour pre workout gives and amazing boost and gives me something to look forward to
