5Like most people who want to gain I use whey protein and all the usual stuff. These are great though. When I don't feel like a shake or in work when I am in recovery after weights. Cheap no issues another useful tool to keep you on form.Goes Well With:Omega 3 cla

Large tablets, not sure how effective
3I got these as I cannot stand protein shakes, so would much rather take supplements in tablet form. The tablets are absolutely huge, I am pretty good with swallowing tablets but these can be a struggle to get down, so probably would be better if split in 2 (although there is no halfway indent so this would require a tablet splitter). I admit I am not particularly good at taking them 2x daily as recommended, which I imagine explains why I have seen limited benefits - on days I take them I do feel a bit less achey the next day after a hard gym session, but I can't say they have helped me build more muscle than before I tried taking them.Goes Well With:A lot of water An ability to swallow a small car

Brilliant
5Fairly new to fitness and everytime I’ve tried working out in the past I’ve failed as always felt groggy the next day and really stiff. These have really helped I have them 2 sets of 2 per day 2 before workout 2 after and if I don’t workout the next day I have 2 in the morning and 2 before sleep. I have never felt better the following day after working out and with 10g of protein in each tablet it helps reach my protein target each day. Do be aware however the tablets are massive

BCAA & Recovery
4Have been taking these for a number of months now, cycling them every 8 weeks. Found the results have been great. My recovery rates have increased, and I’ve also found my training intensity has improved, due to a reduction in exercise fatigue. Have also recommend them to my partner, who competitively boxes for the Military, and he’s also seen great benefits.Goes Well With:Water

Good Product
5Only been using a couple weeks, and I have started to feel less fatigued since using these. Muscle soreness has also reduced, but obviously comes from a combination of good diet and stretching as well
