5I take these daily as part of my supplements and they are fab, the after taste can be a little bit fishy but i suppose that is to be expected! Goes Well With:Other supplements

Self-defeating
1Used to buy this for ages but at some point I noticed the ingredients list started including "refined soybean oil" - this is very high in omega6, and it's unclear what % of the oil inside is actually soybean versus fish oil. This is completely self-defeating as I am taking them for health /wellness reasons and to keep my omega3:omega6 ratio in balance but considering this also contains omega6 (and not even specified how much) it makes the supplement pretty much redundant

Great for joints
5Have always taken these, such a needed supplement in my diet and works wonders. I do find them quite difficult to take due to szie but I'm not very good at taking capsules anyway Goes Well With:Glass of water
