Hard to swallow
1These tablets are WAY too big making them very hard to swallow. Surely it's possible to reduce the amount of bulking agent?

Really effective
5L carnitine is useful for turning fat into energy. Personally I like to take it an hour before a workout for the effects to really kick in. Got a bit of a tangy taste otherwise it’s convenient.Goes Well With:Water

5Started taking these as part of my pre workout routine along with Essential BCAA Tablets and Zinc & Magnesium Capsules, and the combination with these and my Maltodextrin and Whey Protein shakes post workout have done wonder to reduce my muscle soreness in the following days.Goes Well With:Essential BCAA Tablets and Zinc & Magnesium Capsules

Great value for money
4These were recommended by friends of mine, and I actually have noticed feeling better after a workout. My weight loss journey has just begun so I have no results with that yet but these tablets are great value for money and I will continue to use them.
