5I've been using this product for years and I’m so happy with it. Myprotein has always provided me great results with any product I have consumed. Amazing mixability, consistency and great overall. The results have been amazing. I prefer unflavored, but i like strawberry and vanilla flavors too. 5This tastes beautiful, I can only match it to the taste of a strawberry angel delight? Great nutritional value and I've actually been sleeping much better after having it, super tasty way to get the extra protein in after an evening session.Goes Well With:200ml of milk and 200ml of water before bed Oat milk goes great with it.

5I love this stuff. The strawberry cream tastes like Angel Delight. I give it a couple of blasts in the blender with water and that mixes it really well and it has replaced my night time desert eating and snacking. I used to take ZMA regularly and that really helped my sleep but this has replaced that and does the same job. I wear a Whoop and my recovery is always really good the next day even after riding the bike all day or doing a big gym session. I really recommend it, it’s the best protein shake I’ve ever had

Does what it says on the title
5Great stuff. Recovering much quicker with less soreness the day after. If I take it on my rest day I’ve also noticed a bit of extra oomph the next morning during my workout. I’ve got the chocolate which I’m not the biggest fan of flavour-wise, but can’t argue with results.
