Cranberry and pomegranate flavour
If I can manage to drink it, then it gives me a nice boost and I have a lot more energy and a far better workout. But oh my god the taste is just horrible. There is no hint of cranberry or pomegranate. It somehow just tastes like a powdery sweetener, even though it actually mixes well in the shaker.

Was slightly disappointed with this one. If I can manage to get it done it works like magic however, the taste is a big issue for me! I also found it really hard to mix in. Probably didn't help the fact that I wanted to use as little water with it as possible so I didn't have to drink much and taste it. I also found it would repeat on me whilst I was working out especially on cardio days which is when I tend to need it the most. Overall, if the product tasted better I would probably be able to rate it higher.

Woman’s Pre workout review
I got this as I tend to do 2 fitness classes a night and needed that extra boost for my second class I don’t really feel like it does that much to me it gives me a little bit of kick and I have the extra motivation and it tastes nice, I am going to try doing 5 scoops instead of 4 and see if that helps

The Perfect Boost
Love this stuff! I take it an hour before every gym session and it gives me the boost and energy I need to workout out to the best of my ability. I don’t know what it is but it really gives me a great buzz for the gym. It’s perfect for those who gym at the end of a long working day. My only con is the taste can be a bit sickly sweet. Goes Well With:Water

Just the ticket
Tastes surprisingly really nice especially ice cold. Gave me the boost I needed. Keep swirling the liquid whilst drinking to stop it getting grainy.
