Rather small
3These taste ok, not great. More like a flapjack texture. They are small though, 30g each bar. Tiny. Much smaller than most on the go snacks. Nutritionally the ratio of fat, sugar to protein is high.

CEREAL BAR - PEANUT AND CHOCOLATE FLAVOUR
5after ordering the bars and trying them i do think there a great bar to have after workouts as a low calorie snack. awesome taste and easy delivery and good price and value, i would highly recommend them for anyone after low kcal snack Goes Well With:i'd say the bar is a great evening snack after main meal, when you feel snacky.

Cereal Bars
5I've been using these salted caramel bars as a snack throughout the day alongside the BeNu Complete Nutrition Shakes and I must admit, I am yet to feel hungry. Only 98kcal per bar, I am able to snack on these to kill my chocolate craving and stop that hungry feeling. They have been a god-send for me and I would definitely recommend them. Goes Well With:Complete Nutrition Shakes as a low calorie snack.

Cereal protein bar
5These are probably the best go-to cereal bar! Yummy, effective and filling too! What more could you ask for! The double chocolate is my fave but I also love the salted caramel too!Goes Well With:Pre or post gym With a protein shake!

4A solid protein bar, very similar to many cereal bars in the market. Not too much to cry home about, very inoffensive but still a good value option. Maybe for you if you enjoy cereal.Goes Well With:Milk

Decent but small
3These were definitely smaller than I anticipated, but taste & texture-wise they’re not bad. I work out in the mornings and don’t like to eat a full breakfast straight away so I eat one of these first thing then head to the gym, gives me something in my stomach that isn’t heavy. Probably not bad also if you’re on-the-go and need a low cal something to grab, again I stress that they are small so won’t fill you up. Goes Well With:N/a

Hunger pangs quick fix
5I ordered these to replace my mid morning tea break snack with something healthy. It’s really tasty, keeps me feeling full until my lunch break and at under 100 calories isn’t going to break my healthy eating plan. 100% will buy again.Goes Well With:Tea/coffee

Chocolate Cereal bar
5Simply delicious. Such a treat for a mid-day snack, and keeps me fuelled! Goes Well With:Matcha protein shake with a banana and almond milk!
