Good
4I got this as I work shifts and eating late in the evening was doing me no good at all. So I looked into and spoke to a few friends and have started to replace my late evening meal for a shake. Site good on my stomach and does a good job of stopping the bloated feeling when I finally get home to bed.

5Shakes taste really good… only thing (if you’re measuring like I am) the scoops don’t measure out to what’s recommended on the packaging. Just keep an eye out if you’re counting calories. Other than that, great shake!Goes Well With:Water

read nutrition content before buying
2The trans fat and sugar content is very high for 18g of protein per serving. Also the recommended intake of 2 scoops is exceeding the 51g serving size, which is completely misleading. I personally will not purchase again.

What an odd taste
3The flavour of this shake tastes like it’s off. Like gone out of date, but it hasn’t. Maybe it’s just how it is but the Herbalife shakes I have been using taste much better but much more expensive.

Chocolate is very very bitter
2Bought this to aid my weight loss, mixes really well and it’s smooth not lumpy. But the aftertaste is so bitter it’s hard to keep drinking. I’ve tried even adding a bit of sweetener to it to try and stomach it but it’s difficult. Unsure if it’s a bad batch or what but chocolate is definitely not a recommendation. Luckily I didn’t buy a lot maybe the other flavours are better Goes Well With:Mixes well with skimmed milk and water

Taste amazing
4Smooth texture. Easy blend. No grits or bitter after taste like you've just take loads of vitamins. Love the taste. Definitely buying again

4Have purchased this three times now. Great quality. Mixes well. Have found it smooth. Not gritty. Good flavour *for me.. but I can understand if some people might think it over sweet. Highly likely to buy again
