Overall, not a bad product, I have felt better in my daily life since taking the product. I'd recommend as part of additional supplements to keep vitamins and mineral intake high. But the SMELL, its foul, they came out of the tub with the smell. Unsure if it's normal or not.

I have been taking these consistently for about 18 months now and quite honestly couldn't do without them. I feel balanced and energetic as a result when compared with life before them. I have also noticed that I'm less susceptible to colds and sniffles since starting with them. Would highly recommend

Alpha multivitamins review
These don't taste too bad if swallowed with a bit of juice. They work well and I feel energised shortly after taking one. As I've only been taking them for a couple of weeks I can't testify as to their ability to stave off colds and other bugs. But a great start and excellent value compared to other specialist multivitamins.Goes Well With:Anything.. but best swallowed quickly.

Noticed the difference
