These work!
5I bought these after reading some reviews. I'm in full menopause and was finding it hard to sleep. Waking through the night sometimes and not falling back over. Tried these after reading some of the raving reviews...well... they are amazing! I take 2 before bed and I now sleep like a baby. I should actually be in commission for these as I have recommended them over and over. I have 2 bottles stashed away and will continue to buy. The Zinc is great for your skin hair, and nails also. I absolutely love them!!
