Very handy to have
These combined with the lipid binders help me feel full for longer, reducing my cravings. They’re really useful for when I’m eating out and can’t accurately track my calorie intake. I’ve noticed I no longer feel uncomfortable and bloated after meals too. Goes Well With:Lipid binders

Got these today first time trying them. Have to say being in a low calorie deficit I'm craving like mad but these really helped me stay full for the whole day, couldn't eat all my dinner so helping with portion control! Highly recommend, tablets are easy to swallow aswellGoes Well With:Juice, water
