Great!
I often like to meal pre breakfasts like oat muffins and oat pancakes, but this involves blending down standard porridge oats. These have been a game changer, as I don’t have to do this anymore which saves a lot of time. Will buy again. Good value for money when on offer.Goes Well With:Flav drops.

Pasty texture
It smells like birds powder custard when mixing. Tastes good enough but lacks the texture of oats. Not to my personal taste but not a fault with the product! Goes Well With:Milk

Does the job
Quick and easy way to get carbs in post exercise. Not much for taste, but mixing it with my whey protein it gives a decent shake. Goes Well With:Whey protein vanilla or white chocolate

Brilliant
I just add one scoop (unflavoured) to my protein shake (total protein or casein) to add extra carbs and fibre in a healthy way, it also makes the protein taste nicer, gives it a nice oaty undertone and makes the protein thicker Goes Well With:Total Protein
