Customs, Duties, and Taxes

When ordering from Myprotein, you may be subject to taxes, duties, and admin fees depending on the delivery country. These charges are levied by customs in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Our courier, will contact you via email with a secure payment link to settle any outstanding charges before your delivery is completed. All payments can be made by card.

Please see the specific rules for your country in the section below.

During private-sector work suspensions and holidays, orders may be delayed.
Deliveries to remote areas in UAE take place once or twice a week.
Deliveries to remote areas in KSA may take 5-8 days.
Deliveries to Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait may experience delays at customs.

Due to recent changes made by Saudi Arabia Customs, customers with orders valued over SAR1,000 will have to provide the following on collection:

Consignee First, Middle and Last Name
Consignee Date of Birth (Day - Month - Year)
ID or Iqama Expiration Date (Day - Month - Year)

Orders between 0 and SAR150: SAR50 charge.
Orders between SAR150 and SAR300: SAR25 charge.
Orders over SAR300: Free delivery.
Delivery is Saturday to Thursday.
Standard Delivery: Delivered within 2-8 working days.

VAT: A 15% VAT is applied to all orders, calculated on the total value of your order, including delivery costs.

Duties: For orders with a value above 1000 SAR, an additional 5% customs duty will be applied. Please be aware that this rate can vary for certain products based on their HS code. Our customer service team can provide you with the HS code for your products upon request.

Admin Fee: An administration fee of 2% is calculated on the total VAT and duty charges payable.

Duties: For orders with a value above 100 OMR, an additional 5% customs duty will be applied. Please be aware that this rate can vary for certain products based on their HS code. Our customer service team can provide you with the HS code for your products upon request.

Admin Fee: An administration fee of 20 AED is applied for each parcel in your shipment that is subject to VAT or duties. You will be notified at the time of dispatch if your order has been split into multiple parcels.
