This is my favourite EAA. The raspberry flavour is great, and it mixes very easily in my water bottle. A nice drink to have during a workout. I'm taking several supplements so it's difficult to know what works, but altogether, something must be working, because I'm steadily increasing in strength and size.

Tastes good (I have had the raspberry lemonade and grape flavours) Mixes easily in a shaker and does the job well. I use it as part of my pre-workout drink and definitely notice how it fuels my sessions. I notice it more if I forget to take it as workouts feel sluggish and soreness the next day definitely seems worse. Overall good product, good taste and when on offer a good price too.
