Everyone knows that protein is made from amino acids right of the 20 amino acids, nine are essential, meaning we can't make them from other amino acids in our bodies. And we have to get them from our diet of those three are called branched chain amino acids. Because of their branched carbon structure, those amino acids are varying isoleucine. And the most well known Lucy, people know that Protein is essential for building muscle. But people don't actually know why think of your body as a building that has two processes going on at the same time building up and tearing down. If you want to maintain the building, you need to keep the two processes in balance. If you don't do as much building up compared to tearing down, the building gets smaller, think of your muscles shrinking. On the other hand, if you do more building off the normal, the building or your muscles get bigger over time. This building up process is called muscle protein synthesis. And the tearing down process is called muscle protein breakdown. Both happen all the time in our bodies. But there are a couple of things that we can do to stimulate muscle protein synthesis. The first is exercise, especially resistance exercise. This is the most important signal for starting muscle protein synthesis. Think of it as opening the gates of a construction site without a signal from exercise. Muscle growth doesn't really happen. Not the tastiest
Do NOT get unflavoured.. I put an unflavoured scoop in with my protein shake and all I could taste was the BCAA and it is so bitter I can't even use it. I bought tropical instead and it's definitely better, but still tastes a bit bitter and doesn't mix that well.Goes Well With:Unflavoured - NOTHING Tropical - could work with tropical pre-workout (haven't tried but I think it would work) but wouldn't put it in a shake

I have used lots of different products but I love this one. Flavours are great, mixes well and used for years now. Can’t beat the price and good quality even so. Goes Well With:I also use creatine with this after taking pre workout!

Good quality product
Found this for good value on the sale. Good quality product, only issue is that when I mix with water it can come out tasting a bit bitter. Otherwise it works great and is a great product. Will definitely buy again in the future.

My protein BCAA
I have been using my protein products for a good few years now & absolutely love all the products and In particular the BCAA's great taste and very effective.... for me the fact they are tasty is a bonus & they mix well!

The worst product ever
There’s no product that can taste worse than tropical bcaa. The fall of my protein isn’t far. They’ve ruined the product. Goes Well With:Dustbin
