The only negative with this (cola) is it tastes sooooo good I get sad when I finish it. 30 mins until lift off then it’s all systems go. Perfect pre workout.Goes Well With:Endorphins

Great Pre-work out
Always struggled with Pre-work out being grainy and wouldnt mix well, but this just taste like the cola bottle sweets. Take approx 20 mins before starting my work out, and keeps me going throughout the whole session, whether its lifting or cardio!Goes Well With:water & creatine

Excellent boost
This is perfect for what I needed, I'm new to pre workout and this has been amazing for boosting my workouts, I can go for longer and have upped my weight. Post surgery and it's been fantastic for meeting my goals, first two times I used it were brilliant, I was warned about "the itch" thought nothing of it because I hadn't experienced it yet... It's definitely a weird sensation, took pre 10mins before the gym and I was itchy in the face, it went away quick enough as I actively worked out so it's not too bad. I use around 3/4 of a scoop of this pre which is just great around 4 / 5pm to sleep around 10pm. No crashes clean boost to get me through my session! great taste and good mix ability Goes Well With:100ml of water

Enjoy the silica
Has a silica gel pack in which will disolve in water if you dont notice it, my protein wont do anything about it even though silica gel is highly toxic and not suitible for human consumption but they will continue to add it in the bag. Pre workout mixes well but doesnt taste that great.Goes Well With:Hospilisation or if unlucky, death.
