Love my hair
5I have been taking one of theses with hair skin and nail capsules and I have to say after 3 weeks my hair looks amazing my skin and my nails have improved I feel more confident in myself now but also seeing the improvement in myself thanks so much just made an other order

Changed recipe
3I have used these for years and noticed a difference, i recommended them to everyone. The most recent pack had changed, the coating on the capsule tasted horrible and burnt my throat so i have had to stop buying them now

Stronger hair!
