5Great with any supplement. The cup has measurements on the side to help keep track of calories, the lid does not leak and the cap clips on easily. The more liquid, the easier the shake to remove solid clumps.

Great Shaker
5Really good mini shaker. Perfect for creating clear protein mixers. The mini shaker is the right size for creating 300-400ml drinks. We treat it like a cocktail jug and if you don’t release the lid fully you can drain the liquid from the shaker whilst leaving the foam created on those clear protein and Collagen mixes.
