Amazing!
5So good for an easy and quick breakfast! One of the cheapest ways to also get gluten free oats! Will definitely be buying again (not for a while though as lasts ages!)

Cheap, easy and healthy
4I have 200g mixed with water and milk in the morning, it keeps me going most of the morning. It's healthy, tastes good and price to calorie ratio is as cheap as anything else healthy out there. A tip is not to prepare it the night before because it will thicken up massively and become almost undrinkable, unless you add loads more fluid to it. Make it and drink it up straight away. Goes Well With:Milk Water

Pretty solid won't lie
4Excellent for protein pancakes. Mixes well in smoothies. Only thing was that I didn't know that finely ground meant basically oat flour. I was expecting small pieces of oat. I mean I adapted and am ultimately happy just wasn't 100% certain on what I was getting.

5Have been buying this product for a few years now, originally to use in my morning smoothie. My wife is coeliac and she started using it for baking. It mixes easily to whatever we use it for and is a definite staple!Goes Well With:Smoothies, baking

Instant Oats taste good and are like Oat Flour
3I purchased Porridge Oats 5kg and Instant Oats 5kg. I expected the Instant Oats to be a finer cut, to absorb liquid or cook faster. However, they are essentially the consistency of oat flour. This is written in the detailed description, which I had not noticed. Gluten-free is a requirement for me, and the taste is fine and quality seems high, just like the porridge oats. However, a powder needs to be treated differently in order to dissolve correctly. I now will either be using the instant oats -- which I would describe as oat flour or oat powder -- as a protein in smoothies or for baking. Thank you.
