Super fast normal delivery
5So i selected the the 3-5 working day delivery. I ordered my protein shake thing on sunday night , honestly at like 11 at night. It arrived on TUESDAY morning the delivery was super fast!!! Deffinitely recommend. The protein shake is really good too if you mix it with a bit of cocoa powder

avoid choclate smooth
4bought the chocolate smooth based on reviews saying it is nice. tried my first shake with the recommended amounts and was literally gagging after every sip and there is not many things I will not eat/drink. Far too sweet even when mixed with milk! apart from that it delivers a great amount of calories if you are hoping to gain weight. Shame I bought a 5KG because I've got another month of forcing it down me.

Great product
5Very happy with this product. I would recommend taking two scoops with 400 ml water for better taste. Three and a half scoops with 400 ml water does not taste nice however, I find it nice with only two scoops and just have an extra shake. I tend to take the product mid morning, mid afternoon, post workout and just before bed.Goes Well With:Water

Had better
3Ok so I am getting on abit now , been weight training on and off a long time now and always struggled to put weight on and to be honest this as been a real disappointment , is the gains are minimal and not worth the money , the best mass builder I have found is Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass a pig to mix and more expensive but works a lot better than this stuff...

Slightly underwhelming
3The Powder is very hard to mix and as a drink is quite sickly if you sick to the recommended 3+1/2 Scoops. The drink is quite heavy which in some cases can be deemed good but with it being as sickly as it is, it makes t hard to drink This review is solely based from comparison to Cookies and Creme flavour Goes Well With:Blue Full fat Milk

Good shake!
5Great product. Effective. Doing 2 shakes a day, 4-5 days a week and have been gaining roughly 1-2 Pounds a week since started. Taste isn't the best nor the worst but we don't drink shakes for the taste, we do it for nutrition.

Love this product
5I brought this product as I'm a hard gainer and was struggling to consume enough calories, carbs, and protein. I really like this product because it gives me what I need to meet my macros and it tastes good with both water and milk - tastes better with milk! The only issue I had is that it sometimes it has small bits in it but this could easily be down to my shaker. Other than that I would recommend this product to anyone looking to gain weight and needs that extra protein and carbs (It's for Hard Gainers, it's in the name!!).Goes Well With:Water and milk

Got half empty bag
2The taste of this is unbelievable, it's so good! But the size of the bag I ordered was right, the 2.5kg but then I realised that the bag seem a bit empty so I weighed it and found out it was 1.5kg so didn't receive good value for money
