Good bar overall. Shame about the taste. I think this bar is the only one in the range with included creatine. I use them as a lunch alternative when I don't have time to prepare food, it stops me eating junk, and I sometimes have two. However it's a shame there is only one flavour. I am not a fan of the after taste. This is a really good bar, packed full of goodness. Hopefully the guys at MP can bring in a new improved flavour?Goes Well With:Water; An apple
