Here’s your essential amino acid supplement, containing an optimal 4:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine, and valine. These can’t be produced by your body, you have to get them from your diet – and that’s where we come in.
Our tablets contain three popular essential amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein – making them really important for all fitness goals, whether you’re a dancer or a lifter.
The added leucine of the 4:1:1 ratio blend makes this a popular choice throughout the fitness community.
We’ve also added vitamin B6, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal protein and glycogen metabolism, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Plus, the tablet form means they’re easy to have on the go.
Simply take three tablets daily.

Really help with reducing muscle ache after a gym session and can already see the benefits in regards to muscle growth.Goes Well With:Protein shake
Im normally pretty good with tablets but these are way to hard to swallow. I choke on them, if i break them in half they scratch my throat. I have to chew them up (tastes bad) then drink water.
Haven't really noticed any difference at all from when I didn't take them, perhaps I'll notice the difference when I stop...if I do, I'll do another review. I've taken some big pills though, generally they make it easy on you and make the pills with nice rounded corners and edges to make it easier to swallow, these are the biggest pills I've ever come across and they have sharp edges. They're definitely pills you feel going down your throat and there are times where they have made me choke so got to gulp down something thicker than water to dislodge them and send them on their way. Word of advice, bite them in half as you're swilling water round your mouth or take them with protein shakes.Goes Well With:No gag reflex
These are genuinely very good. I'm getting all the great benefits of BCAAs and I don't have to carry around and mix powder all the time. So why three stars you say? Well annoyingly and for some reason beyond my comprehension, MyProtein deem it necessary to add 100% of our RI of B6 Vitamin to these PER SERVING. For me, since I take three servings a day, it means I'm getting 300% of my recommended B6 vitamin intake a day. And, since it's just sensible to take a multivitamin especially when you lift, I'm getting another 150% from my Multivitamin. 450& of the recommended B6 vitamin is pointless, at the least, and dangerous for blood thiningg, at the most? Why? What's the reason for the added B6 vitamin? Why would people want B6 vitamin with their BCAAs? I couldn't find any evidence that B6 vitamin enahnces the effect of BCAAs in any way, so it just seems a case of "common practice", which isn't very beneficial. Anyway that's why the three stars, for the utterly unnecessary B6 overdose.Goes Well With:Definitely not a multivitamin
I've read some reviews of people being able to swallow these whole. You'd need a gold medal to be able to swallow these tablets while they are HUGE. I take vitamins and other tablets frequently but these are ridiculous and they are so sharp. Goes Well With:Water
Surprised at the actual size of the the tablets themselves but I found the easy to take especially when I'm on the go. Goes Well With:Food and exercise
Simple to take yes they are big so if you don't like taking pills then go for the powder form don't give it a bad rating for me it's easier than doing more mixing so yer dog pills are just quicker and simple
I have tried taking these tablets whole, broken in half and ground up. They are almost impossible to take without choking. They do what they're supposed to but need to be smaller and easier to swallow. Either as a soft gel or capsule. I'd rather have to take 6 smaller tablets than risk choking every time I take them.
