Nope, not for me
1Probably just personal opinion but taste is just nasty. Can't use milk so down side there. It foamed up a lot and didn't mix the best. I put a 3 star for effective as you don't really know with having protein everyday (hard to tell) but it would be better if you could mix with milk as it adds protein and calories (again personal opinion) other than that love all the other proteins my protein do just not these sweet ones. Goes Well With:Dunno probably not much.
