5Very finely milled and mixable powder. Had been using creatine tablets before this, but way cheaper and more convenient to use the powder!

5Mixes well and diner really have a taste however is very quick to settle at the bottom of the shaker so once mixed drinks fast Goes Well With:Water

Cant go wrong
5Can’t go wrong with standard vanilla flavour it’s been proven to known to be and good flavour for protein powder. My protein good price and good powder. Goes Well With:I mix mine in with my morning porridge or as a shake.

Early days but seems effective
5Decided to start using creatine again and this product is so far so good. I’m in my 40s so recovery can be tricky to manage but I find with using this product my body is quicker in recovery and I have more power in my sessions and able to do more. I’m no expert but I call that a win for my old bones.. whilst I’ll never be in my 20s again this is as close as I’ll get Goes Well With:Anything!! I usually mix it with water or with a vitamin drink like Berocca. No taste that I can particularly pick up on and dissolves well. Little to no powder residue in bottom of glass
