5It's literally just a multivitamin so don't think it's gon be magic. People who say "it don't taste good" are also dumb. It's a pill. Just swallow with water absolutely no need to sniff or lick it. Good way of getting vitamins and stuff. 👍Goes Well With:Water obviously.

4nothing groundbreaking does what says , affordable makes it easier on people dieting or trying gain muscle that cant access all the vitamins via food .Goes Well With:i have it with creatine ,green tea extract , apple vinegar gummie ,and white kidney extract.

5I usually don’t use tablet, but these are small and don’t taste bad at all. Allowing me to take them everyday. Goes Well With:Taking them with just water is great.
