5These electrolytes are perfect. I have struggled for years with rugby and running with cramps, whether it is during sport or after sport I could never work out why I got them so bad. Then I was recommended to use these electrolyte tablets and myprotein products are usually great, which these have been, I’ll never look back Goes Well With:Water, I take 2 In a Morning with water and 2 on a night with water

5I bought this because I was on keto and was experiencing heart palpitations. I was told I should get some electrolytes in so I purchased these. After taking these the palpitations stopped. They taste salty but I don’t mind that. Overall would recommend.Goes Well With:Water
