5It could taste worse but it’s ok when you mix it with a bit of juice. . In terms of mixing, I think it’s ok and I find it does help with recovery. I’d recommend this as long as you are aware that you can’t really do anything about the after taste.

5since purchasing this i have really noticed a difference in my work outs. it keeps me going plus it mixes easily and tastes pleasant. have repurchased and will continue to do so.
