4Quite a large size pill for some to swallow, but remains a good convienent way of taking a supplement on the go.Goes Well With:Orange juice/ something reasonable acidic (to aid digestion)

Best BCAA I have ever used
5I was in the military forces, when i started using that product. We had to run a lot, but it doesn´t build muscle, instead of it, you will start losing it. So I searched for some product that will let keep my gains. When I had taken those tablets for few weeks I noticed that my strength was improved and I had not lost any muscle anymore. Before taking those tablets, I was able to do 25 pull ups, but after about month I did 35 pull ups. Yep, we trained lots of durability as well. I felt more energy when, I woke up and those were fantastic gainz. So I recommend it to anybody, who wants build muscle or maintain their muscle during dieting.Goes Well With:creatine ethyl ester, impact whey

Too Good
5My experience is anecdotal and may not apply to everyone: I started working out (after a long pause with about 50 tablets left) 2.5 weeks ago. On bench I did 37.5kg with muscle aches (I am not a big guy). Two weeks in I am pushing 50kg. (I am still not a big guy :D but at least I push more) Same goes to 45 degree leg press. I was doing about 60kg, yesterday I did 100kg. From what I understand BCAA doesn't give you power, but it efficiently utilities all the protein you are taking in, which in turns gives you power and strength. I take roughly 6+ tablets a day, 2-3 before my first meal, 2-3 before training and 2-3 after. One tablet is 3g of BCAA so six gives you 18g plus additional 9g from 2 whey protein drinks for total of 27g. I know people that take 40g. MY intake tends to be between 24-36g, it really varies depending on my breaks and workouts. Just do what feels natural I guess. No need to take 40g a day if you are not working out hard. Call my crazy but after 270 tablets consumed I do not mind the taste at all. The unflavored pouch was much worse. People also complain that the tables are too big. Just do what I do. Take one, bite in the middle, and then bite some more, add water and swallow. Simple. Goes Well With:Water.

Almost choked
1I regularly eat much larger tablets than these but it's like they don't have the correct coats my on then as it's almost impossible to swallow these... I've even broken them in half and still they get stuck in my throat.... Shame, as I'm sure they'll full of good stuff...

bcaa plus
5The tablets are relatively large but easy enough to swallow. i would recommend having a drink to help consume this product. they for sure stimulate muscle growth and seriously help to enhance muscle and definition. would recommend to those bulking or gaining lean muscle. Goes Well With:water
