4I first bought this to try help me bulk as it has a high amount of cal or carbs with also high protein . So far it has helped me to gain weight and it does it’s job. However at times the flavour I got (strawberry cream) can be quite sweet and as well as this you do feel a bit bloated after you have it. Otherwise I would recommend this product.Goes Well With:Milk or water

advanced gains
4The advanced mass gainer is way more useful than the other mass gainer available. More calories per scoop, all for a good price. Mixability is also a lot better compared to the other as well. I went for the Strawberry Cream falvour, and this is probably the only time I've enjoyed the taste of a mass gainer. Taste is a bit strong so be careful to add a sufficient amount of milk/water.

5Tried all sorts of different gainer products and this is by far the best I’ve used. Goes Well With:Putting the effort in at the gym!

5If you’re looking to gain weight, new to gym or even if you’re looking to use this as a supplement, would recommend 10/10 - the strawberry cheesecake flavour wasn’t great, it gets a bit sickly after a while, go for the chocolate smooth and you won’t be disappointed

Brilliant
5Brilliant as a weight gain or meal replacement. Mixes great no lumps, Not too heavy like some Gainers can be and tastes great. Iv used this to both put weight on and maintain as a meal replacement and most importantly it works.
