Good so Far...
4These arrived really quickly and good value for money. I was waking up with stiff ankles and pain around my knees after exercising and I think these are starting to help with that :-)

Sleeping better
5I've suffered with bad hip joints for a while and have struggled sleeping on either side, since taking these I've noticed my sleep quality improving due to less pain in my hips - long may it continue

4Neutral taste, easy to take. I usually take these post-workout to help with joint health. I have been taking them daily in the morning. Good value for the number of tablets, although I am unsure how much better glucosamine HCL and Chondroitin tablets are considering the price difference. Goes Well With:Post workout

5Used to have clicks and cracks in my ankles and wrists and every joint. But after using these for a week or so. Seems to have disappeared. Worth the purchaseGoes Well With:Water

Seems to be working
5I had a constant pain that in my knees that, after taking this, seems to be improving. Tablets are big but reasonably enough to take. Good product.

Joint Saver
5I have used glucosamine sulphate before and it worked for me. This time from My Protien and it still does the job. Good value as normal and easy to swallow unlike some of the glucosamine tablets on market. Recommend these for anyone with stiff joints, along with cod liver oil tablets, also available from Myprotien.Goes Well With:water or any cold drink.
