Not bad!
4I'm taking these to try and help my PCOS, and I have noticed that my acne is starting to look a little better. Hasn't regulated my cycle yet but I haven't really been taking them long enough for that. One thing I would say is that the tablets only have 250mg inositol per 2 tablet serving. If you're using them for PCOS, this isn't enough. The recommended dosage for PCOS is 4000mg daily, so I have to supplement that on top. Annoying but I know these tablets aren't made specifically for PCOS, just thought I'd mention it as I've seen the other reviews mention PCOS as well! Goes Well With:Water
