Blue raspberry
5Tried a couple of different flavours but always gone back to Blue raspberry, doesn't leave bad taste afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Best one I’ve tried
5Best BCAA I’ve tried yet, works really well. The only thing I would say is I will be getting a flavour next time, I got unflavoured thinking it would taste of nothing, which it nearly does but there is a slight taste, not massively unpleasant but would rather have a flavour to mask it. It is the consistency of flour so when you put it in your liquid it does seem like it’s not going to dissolve, but I use the mini shaker and it soon disappears. Goes Well With:I pair with my creatine, and my mini shaker.

THE SMELL
3The product is good but I must warn you, the unflavoured version is hilariously bad smelling so make sure you peg your nose shut before opening.Goes Well With:A gas mask

Great BCAA Supp
4Have used in the past, stopped, but now back on it. Great stuff, mixes well. I have only ever had the unflavoured stuff so I can mix with other things (shakes etc) but is doable on its own, just not the nicest. Easy enough to add some squash to it and all good!Goes Well With:Chocolate protein shake Orange Squash and water

5I use this nearly everyday during and after my workouts. I have used a few flavours, blue raspberry is definitely my favourite.

Highly recommended
5I bought this after learning that my PT uses it and so glad I did. I can only comment on the berry burst flavour, tastes really good, quite refreshing actually. I add 2 scoops of this, along with a scoop of unflavoured creatine monohydrate and unflavoured cyclic dextrin to my 400ml bottle of water, give it a good shake and I'm good to go. No problems with mixing seen here.Goes Well With:Water, and also tried it with some orange cordial - works a treat!

Great for recovery
5I went with unflavoured so I can just add it to other shakes without it getting too confusing. Recovery since using BCAAs has been miles better, with much less soreness in the days following a session. Has a slight taste despite being unflavoured, but it’s covered up pretty easily with a flavoured protein.Goes Well With:Chocolate Smooth Whey Protein + Milk
