Vanilla thick shake
5I love this product. I've been using it years and keep coming back for more. Great flavour, texture, mixes easily and good for cooking. Bedtime milkshake, 30g micellar casein, handful of ice, 150-200ml water. Add to blender and pulse until mixed. To make it creamier make with milk or add 100g Greek yoghurt Alternatively to make hot chocolate, 30g micellar casein, 200ml almond milk, 100ml water, 1 heaped teaspoon of raw cacao. Mix in shaker and pour into mug. Microwave for 1 minute, stir and heat for a further minute. Goes Well With:Milk, water, Greek yoghurt, egg

Not for me
1Bought 2 bags of the vanilla, giving one away.. I hate the masses of foam generated in the mixing, don't like the flavour and I don't like the texture. I always mix with water so bear that in mind but this is my least favourite casein I have ever tried, I know that flavour is secondary but nowadays there is no reason to use a product you really dislike. could never reccomend this product. Goes Well With:Nothing

Late night snack...
5Cholcolate flav is just perfect for a late night snack, with some yogurt but I prefer it with cottage cheese l! Goes Well With: Yoghurt, cottage cheese Goes Well With:Youghurt cottage cheese

Vanilla
5I got the vanilla casein for curbing hunger pangs and it's great in that it's really filling. Taste- The Vanilla is obviously gonna be a bit fake tasting as it's gonna be with any protein product. Regardless I really like the taste of this product. When mixed with water it's not that great though as I'm not a huge fan of the consistency. However, when mixed with milk this product is delicious! I use semi-skimmed milk and it tastes like a vanilla milkshake. Mixability- Theres quite a bit of froth that comes with this product that I end up having to either spoon out of the shaker or try and eat (which isn't very easy in public). Other than that it mixes well. A few little bits stick to the bottom of the shaker but I'm sure that's me not mixing well enough to be honest. Overall a very smooth product and nice to drink. Effectiveness- Really does make me feel full. Overall a great product. Would recommend. No complaints on that front.Goes Well With:Milk!

Works well for me
5A lot of complaints about foaminess here, which can be avoided if mixed correctly. If you shake or whisk this powder up, you will end up with lumpy foam. For best results, I gently stir 1 scoop with ~250ml lactose free milk. It goes a little foamy, but nowhere near as much as after shaking. Leave this to settle for 10-15min, then stir gently again. Leave for another 10-15 min, then it should be fine to drink. I also stir in 3 tsp cocoa powder, using the unflavoured powder. I have this just before bed and on rest days, seems to be helping with delaying muscle loss kicking in.Goes Well With:Unflavoured powder with 250ml milk + 2 tsp cocoa powder

Amazing taste and effective
5I've only tried Chocolate, it tastes great and satisfies my craving for something sweet when I’m cutting and my calories are low. I mix 1 scoop with 200g low fat/fat free Greek yogurt and it tastes like a chocolate desert but without the naughty ingredients. Depending on what and how much Greek yogurt you use, you're looking at about 227 kcal. I take before bed and sometimes for breakfast if I know I can't get a steady source of protein throughout the morning. If you understand the functionality of Casein and factor it in to your Macro’s, this is a great product.Goes Well With:Greek yogurt, plain yogurt or milk

Late night snack witout feeling guilty
4This stuff is gonna support your mucles when u dream about your goals and gainz.. definately worth it!! Cholcolate flav is just perfect for a late night snack, with some yogurt.Goes Well With:Yoghurt and water.

Good product but the zip lock doesn't work
3Good tasting, and seems to be quite effective. The only real negative is that the ziplock on the bag doesn't close, so it'll make a mess.
