A good quality protein powder
4This is my go to protein powder. It mixes well, has a great protein/calorie ratio, low sugar and often tastes great. The down sides: some flavours are really not so delightful (salted caramel and dark chocolate) and also the protein content and calorie content varies in flavours, so you don't know for sure until you buy them just what the true nutritional values are.Goes Well With:I use mine with Alpro Protein drink and Chocolate Protein drink. Goes really well.

4Compared to the regular whey this isolate is amazing for people with stomach issues or intolerance to dairy. No bellyaches. All the ones I’ve tried are enjoyable.Goes Well With:Oats, soya and regular milk, yoghurt.

5The flavour is true to what it says. I do find it mixes well though sometimes a bit longer. I have seen a difference since using it.
