I have been using this product for years!! If you are like me and struggle getting all your protein from meals this will definitely help that problem. I recommend either Cereal Milk or Strawberry Cream they are the best 2 I have used.
Goes Well With:
Either Water or Oat Milk I prefer Oat Milk if I have the choice.
