Very difficult to swallow
3These are big pills and something in their makeup makes them sit in your mouth and hard to swallow. I crush them which is quite easy to do. Maybe they would be easier to swallow if more dense.Goes Well With:Crushed in water

Good results!
5I've been using this supplement for around 4 weeks now and have seen a significant difference in both my performance and my physique. I take one tablet first thing in the morning and then one later on in the afternoon as my workouts vary time wise daily. I've see a big reduction in fat loss and am finally seeing some results! They can be a little difficult to swallow but just make sure you have a huge gulp of water with them! I definitely recommend this product. Goes Well With:A huge mouthful of water!
