5This little magic powder has been my holy grail, I’ve been bloated for a while and even though I eat my veggies and have a good balanced diet I was still experiencing some bloating. I take this in the morning before eating anything with water and I found the benefits to be better then.Goes Well With:Water, juices, shakes

Best I've had in a long while
5I just wanted to put something about your Glutamin. I use it 3 times a day pre training, post training and before bed. I feel that it gives me that extra recivery power as aposed to others I've had in the past. As an older guy, I tend to feel sore and have tired musles a day after a heavey gym session but since I've added My Protein glutamin to my routine I don't seem to have thes issues which is good as I train 6 days a week so I need to be ready to maximise every session. I'll make My Protein Glutamin a regular now. It also mixes very well and it has no taste so great for mixing with my shakes and pre-training. I've also had it in some water neat as a test and I can honesty say that ere is no taste what so ever. Goes Well With:Any protein mix, I use My Protein TOTAL PROTEIN and with my pre training shake.

5I have suffered with bloating and digestive issues since I was a child , after lots of research on the internet about healing the gut and improving my immune system i thought it best to give this a try and wow my stomach is flat and I go to the toilet properly ..I take it with water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning as I fast till lunchtime anyway …..a week later and I am feeling the benefits ! Just ordered another bag to put in my travel bag as I could not be without this ..Goes Well With:Water
